Hilton filed Federal Lawsuit wants to Close Down Paris Exposed Website

Bottoms Up DVD with Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton forgot to pay up on her public storage facility rental and the contents were auctioned off to the highest bidder. The new owners of Paris Hilton’s family memories along with risqué photos and videos that would shock mom have ended up on a website, parisexposed.com.

This website gives you a small free tour of the shocking Paris Hilton, but promises that you will see much more if you pay a $39.97 fee for unlimited access for a month. The website claims that they have receipts showing a prescription for Valtrex used to treat herpes. Her diary is available for you to read. The free tour reaffirms what you already knew about Paris Hilton.

Of course Paris is very upset about everyone knowing everything. She also feels it has violated her and her sister’s personal life to put them at risk for identity theft or harassment. Why, oh why, would she not pay for the storage unit in advance? It’s not like she was hurting for money. Maybe she was too busy partying…. I bet she will think twice about protecting her privacy in the future.

The lawsuit points at Nabil and Nabila Haniss as defendants who originally paid $2,775 for the storage unit contents. They then turned around and sold the items for $10 million to Bardia Persa, the creator of the website.

Us magazine said that publicist Elliot Mintz told them that Hilton wants the website shut down and all of the items returned back to her. The website may be infringing on copyright laws because they are charging for access. However at the same time they purchased the items fair and square and they should have ownership of her items. It will be interesting to see how the law will settle this case.
