Spears Bald In Parlor KABC

(Best Syndication) It has been a busy week for Britney Spears as she checked herself in and out of rehab and then shaved her head. What is next for the 25 year old pop star?

Extra first reported that Spears checked herself into Eric Clapton's Crossroads Centre in Antigua two or three days ago, and then TMZ reported that she left within one day. Now the local ABC television affiliate is reporting, with video, that she has shaved her head.

The KABC newscaster, Michelle Tuzee, asks if Britney is “going out of control”. She was videotaped at the Sherman Oaks tattoo shop “Body and Soul”, reportedly getting a tattoo of a pair of red and pink lips on her wrist.

The affiliate reports that she was inside the parlor with her “head fully exposed”, but when she left with her bodyguard she covered her head with a hooded sweatshirt walking to a waiting SUV. They said she was trying to hide her new “noggin”.

Reporter Leslie Miller interviewed Emily Wynne-Hughes who was inside the tattoo parlor when Spears was inside. The “Body and Soul” had to shut its doors because of the crowds and police. Hughes told Miller that “she basically said she was tired of having things plugged into it and didn’t want anyone to touch her.” When questioned about Spears mood, Hughes said “she seemed very distraught and disturbed. Um, she was very scatter-brained and wasn’t really answering many questions.”

Miller asked Hughes if the lips tattoo was the only one she got. Hughes replied “I am not going to say, but you might find out that there are more later. You might see pictures.” When asked if the star was annoyed by the paparazzi and the people Hughes said “She was very upset, naturally. She is obviously not having a very good time right now, and yah, she was very upset…. She just wanted to be left alone.”

The sidewalk was filled with fans, onlookers and paparazzi. One Britney fan said “she looked terrible.” One onlooker, Michael Uram said “she looks like she is having an issue right now”.
