America's Sweetheart - Courtney Love

[Best Syndication] Courtney Love had recently lost 52 pounds from a diet of Isopure shakes, fish and vegetables, but now she appeared at a concert to perform and appeared a little to thin and worn out looking.

Love acknowledged her underweight appearance by joking about it to the New York City audience this past Thursday, by saying she had to drink a protein shake because she “had to take care of my eating disorder.” But then she quickly added that was a joke, adding, “I don’t have an eating disorder.”

Love also has been trying to quit smoking. She did smoke several cigarettes during her performance which was supposed to start at 10:30 but didn’t begin until midnight. But hey, at least the concert was free.

Love performed some of her classic songs, but gave the audience a listen to her new songs for her upcoming album. The songs were “How Dirty Girls Get Clean” and “Nobody’s Daughter.”
