Pasadena Rose Parade rings in the New Year – Rosebowl Football Game Kicks off Soon

[Best Syndication News] The 121st Pasadena Rose Parade rang in the 2010 New Year with their all natural floral floats and marching bands from across the country. In tradition, there also were several horse groups, and other organizations that have gathered to celebrate the New Year. This is all leading up to the big Rose Bowl college football game that kicks off at 2 p.m.

The parade was broadcast on the Travel channel, HGTV and regular network TV to cover the grand event. The theme this year was 2010: A Cut Above the Rest. Jacky Chan was on one of the floats and Olympians Michelle Kwan, Dan Jansen and Bonnie Blair also rode on another float.

At 2 p.m Pacific Time, the 96th Rose Bowl Game presented by Citi will begin. The game is between the No. 8 BCS-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes versus the No. 7 BCS-ranked Oregon Ducks. The football game we be broadcast exclusively on ABC and on ESPN radio.
