Selena Gomez and Joey King to make Public appearance at Borders Book Store in Miami

(Best Syndication News) - The Miami Borders book store will have actresses Selena Gomez and Joey King from the upcoming film, 'Ramona and Beezus', to make a public in-store appearance on July 17th. This meet and greet event will give fans of the stars a chance to get signed movie merchandise.
The event begins this Saturday at 2 p.m., with a 'Ramona and Beezus' movie release party. Borders is going to have movie release parties at stores nationwide for kids this Saturday, but the location in Miami has the actresses from the film coming to the store to greet their fans in person. This Borders store is located at 11401 N.W. 12th St. in Miami, Florida.
'Ramona and Beezus' is based on the book series by the children's author Beverly Cleary. There have been over 30 million books sold of this series. The film will be playing at theaters nationwide on July 23rd.
During the Borders party, they will have a read-aloud and discussion session of the Beverly Cleary books. They will have a trivia challenge and have various craft projects to take part in. Borders said that each store will vary on what activities will be offered.
Movie themed merchandise of 'Ramona and Beezus' will be for sale at Borders stores nationwide. The merchandise includes girls T-shirt, key chain and bookmark with the image of Ramona from the original books. There is also a special diary you can get for $5.99 with the purchase of $10 of any of the Ramona themed merchandise.
