Abducted Child Recovered

(Best Syndication News) The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s office says they were able to recover a six-year old child that was abducted on March 3.

Susan Mickey, spokesperson for the DAs office, told Best Syndication that the child was picked up at an elementary school in Pasadena. The father, Courtney Sean Conner of Fontana, was a Marine stationed overseas when he lost touch with his daughter because the biological mother, Chowneka Walker, moved around.

The mother failed to make it to the court appearances so the DA’s office took action. Mickey says her office notified Walker several times before each hearing.

Last week the DAs office reunited Conner with his daughter, but the case is not over. The DA is currently “reviewing the case”.

In other news the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office Workers' Compensation Fraud Unit filed three felony counts of Insurance Fraud against Elaine Aragon, 45, of San Bernardino. After inconsistent statements were made by the defendant, bail was set at $75,000 at a hearing.
