AT&T signs up One Million Customers for Apple iPhone 4S Mobile Phones Service

(Best Syndication News) - The new Apple iPhone 4S has had robust sales since the launch, which has helped AT&T with their 4G network service subscriptions. AT&T (NYSE:T) announced today that they have over 1 million customers that have activated services with the new mobile phone. AT&T said that this model of iPhone is the most successful product launch for the company.

AT&T had exclusive distribution of the Apple iPhone in 2007. Now the company says that they are the only US provider to offer the 4G speeds for the new Apple iPhone 4S mobile phone.

Ralph de la Vega, President and CEO, AT&T Mobility & Consumer Markets, said in a statement that their service would allow customers to download twice as fast as their competition. AT&T services also allows for talking on the phone and being able to browse the Internet at the same time.

Apple reported that around 4 million units were sold of the Apple iPhone 4S within the first three days of launching the product on October 14, 2011. This is double the amount sold than with Apple iPhone 4 product launch.

The Apple iPhone 4S has three models, a 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB versions. The 16 GB model MSRP is $199 (US). The 32 GB model MSRP is $299 (US), and the 64 GB version is priced at $399.
