Nissan Infiniti and Juke Vehicle Recall announced for Fuel Leak Danger

Car Recall - BSN

(Best Syndication News) - The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced the recall of approximately 79,275 Nissan’s 2011-2012 Infiniti M, Infiniti QX, and Juke vehicles because the fuel pressure sensor could come loose and allow fuel to leak, which could cause a fire.

Some of the fuel pressure sensors might not have been tightened to spec. This may cause the pressure sensor to loosen from the vibration of the engine and driving.

Nissan will be notifying vehicle owners of the recall starting around March 19, 2012. Nissan dealers will be replacing fuel pressure sensors as needed at no cost to the vehicle owner. Nissan’s customer service telephone number is 615-725-1000.
