Verizon IT Help Desk to be serviced with Best Buy’s Geek Squad Agents

(Best Syndication News) - Small and medium sized businesses may not have the ability to provide for an in-house IT person to deal with technology maintenance and support issues. Verizon created the IT Help Desk to solve this problem. They have signed on Best Buy’s Geek Squad to provide the services to these companies.

The Geek Squad Agents would be available to business customers at all hours to help in installing new equipment as well as offering trouble-shooting and other end-user problems when they come up. This could include tuning up the computers with the latest security patches, or configuring tablets to work within the company’s network.

There is a 24-hour, 7-day operational phone line and online support for all help desk support levels. There are different levels of support available. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, a Geek Squad Agent can be dispatched to the business to solve it hands-on.

Verizon also offers IT administrative support for businesses that would include things such as user rights and access, remote router monitoring, switches, firewalls, and more.
