(Best Syndication News) - Panasonic introduced a new NB-G110P FlashXpress Toaster Oven that uses quartz ceramic and infrared heating elements. The new toaster oven is very compact, but still offers large interior cooking space for food. The oven utilizes quartz and ceramic technology that offers double-power infrared cooking. That equates to faster cooking time and more evenly heated food.

The new FlashXpress toaster also has many preset buttons for cooking common food items, which leaves the guesswork out of how long to cook it. The user can also specify their own temperatures and shade of food with the controls on the unit. In addition, a digital timer can be set between 30 seconds and 25 minutes. When the timer is completed, there is a beep sound. The toaster oven also has a built-in light that can be turned on and off from a button on the front control panel. The toaster has a removable crumb tray for easy cleanup.

Old toaster ovens typically have coil elements that heat up on the top and bottom of the unit. The Panasonic FlashXpress Toaster Oven has a quartz-heating element, along with a near infrared and a far-infrared heating element.

A quartz-heating element can reach the desired temperature instantly, where the conventional coils take more time to heat up. The FlashXpress temperature can be adjusted between 250°F to 500°F. The near-infrared element will penetrate the food to cook it from the inside out, while the far-infrared heating element cooks the food on the outside.

The combination of heating elements improves the results. Older coil toaster ovens can often have a tendency to cook the outside too much and leave the inside of the food still cold. With the older technology toaster ovens, it often meant that you had to bake the meal on low temperatures for a longer period of time to cook the food thoroughly.

The interior cooking area measures in at 7.2 quarts. A square shaped inner tray is included for toasting four slices of bread.

The Panasonic FlashXpress Toaster Oven is available for preorder at their online store. The toaster is expected to be available in October and has a suggested retail price of $139.95.
