(Best Syndication News) - CBS Television Distribution and Yahoo! Inc. (NASDQ: YHOO) announced an agreement that will change THE INSIDER entertainment newsmagazine to omg! Insider starting in January 2013. The new omg! Insider will be available both online and as a TV show.

This builds on Yahoo!’s omg! Entertainment news site that has an estimated 30 million visitors each month. The video of the TV show will also be available on the Yahoo! omg! Entertainment website. Yahoo founded omg! in June 2007.

The TV show will continue to be hosted by Kevin Frazier and Brooke Anderson. Kristen Aldridge, from omg! NOW, and Michael Yo, from The Yo Show on Yahoo!, will be joining the new omg! Insider team.

The online version of the new omg! Insider will be a collaboration between CBS and Yahoo!. The online version will provide up-to-the-minute coverage of celebrity gossip, photos, video clips, and more. The TV show will have informal in-studio interviews with celebrities and discussions about the hottest trending topics of the day.

CBS has distributed THE INSIDER TV show since September 13, 2004. THE INSIDER is currently in its ninth season. It was a spinoff show of the long running ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT TV show. THE INSIDER has an average of 2.2 million viewers nightly.
