HD broadcast of Cartoon Network and Adult Swim added to Verizon FiOS TV

(Best Syndication News) - Verizon Communications Inc., (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ), announced today that they have added Cartoon Network and Adult Swim HD to their channel lineup. The hybrid-channel is broadcast in HD and is found on Channel 757 on FiOS TV. The combined network broadcasts kid-friendly shows between 6 am to 9 pm, while the Adult Swim TV shows are broadcast between 9 pm and 6 am.

Cartoon Network HD has popular animated cartoon series such as “Ben 10 Omniverse,” “Adventure Time,” “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” and “Regular Show.”

Adult Swim’s popular programs include “Black Dynamite,” “Metalocalypse,” “Family Guy,” “America Dad,” and “Robot Chicken.”

FiOS TV has already had the standard definition broadcast available for customers on Channel 257.

Verizon’s FiOS TV service currently offers their customers over 560 all-digital channels with over 145 HD channels. They also have a library of 40,000 video-on-demand titles offered monthly.
