Taylor Swift wins Four Grammy Awards at the 2010 Ceremony

[Best Syndication News] Taylor Swift is only 20 years old and the singer / songwriter / musician cleaned up at the 2010 Grammy Awards ceremony last night. She took home Album of the Year as well as Best Country Album award for her album called Fearless. She also won for Best Female Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Song with the song “White Horse.” Swift took home four Grammy Awards, not to shabby, but Taylor Swift does much more than that, she has a greeting card line, a clothing line, and she is acting too.

You will see her in the film called “Valentine's Day” which will be coming out this month. She acts alongside her one time boyfriend Taylor Lautner who was made famous in the “Twilight: New Moon” film.

Below is an interview discussing how she decided on the name "Fearless" for her album. She was interviewed by E!Online and she said that she is most proud of her 8 nominations that she has received this year at the Grammy Awards.

[Best Syndication News] The competitions for the 2010 Grammy Awards is quite diverse this year, with younger country-pop singer Taylor Swift being nominated for several categories. Her songs and albums received 9 nominations, one for Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, and for Best Country Album. It just makes sense that Taylor Swift is going to be going home with at least one award this year.

Beyonce also received a fair amount of recognition receiving 10 nominations for her work. She also has nominations for Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. She also received several nominations in the R&B categories. She too will be walking home with some awards tonight.

Susan Boyle and Adam Lambert on Oprah Winfrey TV Show

[Best Syndication News] The UK's famous 'Britain's Got Talent' singer, Susan Boyle, performed 'Who I was Born to Be' on the Oprah Winfrey Show yesterday.

Boyle said that she suffered from exhaustion, and she is absolutely fine now. It turns out that she was just working to hard and she didn't eat for a week and had problems with sleep. She was in the hospital for 3 days because of it. Boyle has set record album sales which she tells Oprah that she is glad with the results of all the sales of her album.

The show also had last season's "American Idol" contestant Adam Lambert perform on the show. Lambert performed "If I Had You" on the show. Lambert showed us that he was performing in LA for the musical “Wicked” before making it big on American Idol.

Lady Gaga performs for Oprah after Canceling Indiana Concert from Exhaustion – More Shows Canceled

[Best Syndication News] Oprah Winfrey had Lady Gaga on Friday's Oprah TV show to perform, this was just one day after the singer canceled a concert the night before at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Lady Gaga was reported to have suffered from exhaustion.

Lady Gaga wrote on her Twitter account, “Paramedics came to take care of me, and told me my heart-rate was irregular-- a result of exhaustion and dehydration.”

Her appearance on Oprah is her only performance lately as she has been taking some time off and has canceled Saturday's Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City. According to Lady Gaga's show promoter they have also canceled Sunday performance in Wallingford, Connecticut and will postponed Mohegan Sun casino performance for Monday in Uncasville, Connecticut.

(Best Syndication News) The drummer for the heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold, James Owen Sullivan, died Monday. He was found dead at his home at around 11 a.m. at his home in Huntington Beach, and so far the death appears to be due to “natural causes”, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. He was 28 years old.

Sullivan, aka “The Rev” or “The Reverend Tholomew Plague” was a drummer and back-up vocalist and lead vocalist for the avant-garde metal band Pinkly Smooth with fellow Avenged Sevenfold guitarist Synyster Gates. “It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we tell you of the passing today of Jimmy ‘The Rev’ Sullivan”, the band Avenged Sevenfold posted on their website.
