(Best Syndication News ) - Around 255,000 General Electric brand food processors are being recalled voluntarily because of a risk of cut fingertips and for the unit to catch fire said the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

This particular GE branded 14-cup digital food processor was sold at Wal-Mart nationwide between September 2009 through February 2011 at a retail price around $50. Owners of the recalled products should not use it and return it to any Wal-Mart store to get a full refund.

Walmart received 58 complaint reports from this food processor. The consumers ran the food processor without the lid on in 24 of the reports, with 21 of them getting their fingertips cut. In 34 reports, the food processor started smoking, with three units catching fire.

There is also a new TV show on TLC called 'Extreme Couponing' that follows super discount couponers on shopping trips showing how they save big money.

According to the, there were over $1.2 billion in savings that they issued for 2010, which was a 41 percent growth from the previous year. Coupons are getting easier to use than the old days of clipping them from the newspaper. While newspaper coupons are still popular, there are ample amounts of grocery coupon websites offering free printable coupons and grocery stores have store loyalty cards that can have pre-loaded coupons on them. This makes it easier for people to find the coupons for the products that they want to buy.

There are even mobile phone apps which provide coupons that can be scanned off of the mobile phone during checkout. Target offers scannable coupons that are sent to participating customers' mobile phones. At checkout, the store cashier scans the barcode on the mobile phone to redeem the coupon.

(Best Syndication News) - Procter & Gamble announced a voluntary recall of ten color shades of their Clairol Natural Instincts products because the ColorFresh! Revitalizer sachet could cause an unexpected color result. The Revitalizer is used two weeks after the primary hair coloring is completed. The recalled hair dye products were shipped in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

The main components used to dye the hair the first time is not involved in the recall, only the two week Revitalizer is the problem. There was no safety problems with the hair coloring kits and it was only because of the color results of the Revitalizer that prompted P&G to initiate the recall.

The company has notified all retailers of the product to withdrawal the products from the shelves. Consumers that have one of shades of hair color dyes that are listed in the recall can still use the kit, but should not use the ColorFresh! Revitalizer sachet and should discard that portion of the kit. Everything else in the hair coloring kit is safe to use and will color the hair correctly.

(Best Syndication News) - The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a warning about the safety of water walking balls. These balls are found at fairs, amusement parks, carnivals, and other public gatherings. The children enter into a giant clear plastic ball which floats on water. The CPSC says that there is a risk for the child to suffocate and drown, and they can also become injured.

The balls are considered so dangerous in some states that they are refused permits to operate the rides. The CPSC said that they know of two children that were in jeopardy when they using the walking balls. One child was found unresponsive when being in the ball for only a short-time period. This child had received emergency medical treatment. The second child the CPSC is aware of had suffered a fracture when the ball fell outside of the pool onto the ground.
