Current Mortgage Interest Rates Today – Bank of America SunTrust and PNC Make Changes

(Best Syndication News) Mortgage rates were lower today with some changes at the major banks (see chart below).

30-Year Fixed Mortgage Rates

The average 30-year fixed rate fell one basis point to 4.936 percent. After plugging that rate into a mortgage calculator on $235,000 in principal, we found monthly payments of $1,252.

Bank of America lowered their 30-year fixed rates nine points to 5.05 percent. Their 5-day trend is lower but on a monthly and 100-day trends are higher. In certain areas their rate fell two points to 5.003 percent.

Bank Mortgage Rates Today – Citibank Raises Rates while Bank of America and Chase Lower Them

(Best Syndication News) Average home loan rates were mixed today with 30-year fixed mortgages lower and 15-year and adjustable rate mortgages higher (see rate comparison chart below).

30-Year Fixed Mortgage Rates

The average 30-year fixed rate mortgage (FRM) fell less than one basis point to 5.109 percent. Over the last week the rate is still higher.

Citibank raised their rate 14 basis points to 5.36 percent today.

(Best Syndication News) Mortgages interest rates were mixed today with higher 30-year home loans higher (see rate charts below). There were some minor changes at Wells Fargo, Chase, PNC and HSBC.

30-Year Fixed Mortgage Rates

The average 30-year fixed rate mortgage (FRM) advanced one basis point to 5.112 percent. The rate has been higher three days in a row.

After plugging the rate into a mortgage calculator we found monthly payments of $1,277 on a $230,000 loan.

Mortgage Interest Rates – Bank of America PNC and U.S. Bank make changes

(Best Syndication News) Rates were only slightly higher today with changes at Bank of America PNC and U.S. Banks (see rate charts below).

30-Year Fixed Mortgage Rates

The average 30-year fixed rate mortgage (FRM) increased one basis point today, up over eight points for the week, but down seven points for the month. The 100-day trend is still higher.

Bank of America raised their rate nine basis points today. The bank is higher for the week, the month and 100-day period.

Mortgage Interest Rates Today – Bank of America Chase HSBC and Citibank

(Best Syndication News) Mortgage rates were higher today with changes at HSBC, Citibank, Chase and Bank of America (see chart below).

30-Year Fixed Mortgage Rates

The average 30-year fixed rate mortgage (FRM) jumped five basis points to 5.095 percent.

HSBC raised their purchase and refinance rates 13 points to 5.40 percent. The bank also raised their CommunityWorks 30-year mortgages 13 basis points 5.02 percent. Their VA and FHA financing remained the same.
