[Best Syndication] Brandon Rogers was sent home last night on American Idol leaving 11 contestants to compete. Sanjay Malakar escaped the axe this time, but we think his days are numbered, or is it all the teen girls voting for him, and he will be the next American Idol despite his performances?

Brandon Rogers, well, he did forget the words on Tuesday night’s performance. So we can all understand why the crowds didn’t vote for him. Rogers told everyone after the show in a press conference that he wasn’t surprised that he got eliminated. He acknowledges messing up his words to the song on Tuesday. He reminded us that he didn’t lose to anyone, he just got the least amount of votes. You have to admit that making it to the finals on American Idol is quite an accomplishment.

Cowell quipped saying, "You should know, Ryan."

Seacrest replied back, "Stay out of my closet."

Cowell couldn’t resist and said, "Come out!"

Seacrest said back to Cowell, "This is about the Top 12, not your wishes!"

This is not the first time that Seacrest and Cowell have gone off of the gay innuendos on this season’s show. Cowell called Seacreast “sweetheart” on a show a few times before. Seacrest said that he wasn’t Cowell’s type and he wasn’t interested.

Karaoke Revolution: American Idol Playstation2 game

(Best Syndication) Last nights results show on Fox’s American Idol announced that Antonella Barba, Sabrina Sloan, Jared Cotter and Jason "Sundance" Head were voted off the show. There were approximately 37 million calls and text messages by the television viewers. American Idol is now down to the final 12 contestants.

Antonella Barba has been surrounded by controversy over photos that were found of her on the internet. American Idol stood up for her and didn’t kick her off of the show. Her performance on Wednesday night was of Corrine Bailey Rae’s “Put Your Records On.” This song, while rather simple can show off even the slightest flaws, which it did for Antonella Barba. She was good for the most part, but in a few instances the flaws showed through. Love the song, but maybe it would have been better for her with a different song. Barba, however, has received an offer for and online adult DVD renter called SugrarDVD for $500,000 to be a spokesperson and host for their events, according to a report by TMZ.
