(Best Syndication News) Researchers at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) say that eating fish can reduce the risk of heart failure, but eating too much may offset the benefits. Fish oil supplements may work just as well as eating real fish, the data show.

It has been known that eating fish can lower triglycerides, a fat in the blood, reduce blood pressure and help keep heart rates (atrial flutter and fibrillation) regular. These conditions are risk factors for congestive heart failure (CHF) which affects around 2 percent of adults, but in those over the age of 65, this rate increases to 6—10 percent. Symptoms include fatigue and weakness, a difficulty walking, rapid or irregular heartbeat, and persistent cough or wheezing.

The urinary tract consists of various parts that produce and get rid of urine. When the blood passes through the kidneys the waste material gets filtered from it, and the urine gets passed from the ureters into the urinary bladder and then to the urethra.

The urinary tract gets infected in two ways, one when the bacterium enters the kidneys from the blood and travels down to the urinary tract and in the other case the bacterium enters through the urethra and proceeds further.

In infants it is caused mostly by the use of diapers. The chances of this infection to occur increases when the infant urinates while having a dirty diaper.
