Madonna’s trip to Malawi, a small African country, will be taking home a new family member after the adoption papers are finalized with the Malawi courts. Madonna along with her husband, Guy Ritchie is adopting a 1-year-old boy from an orphanage.

Madonna traveled to Malawi last Wednesday to participate in her charity work with Raising Malawi Imitative. Madonna has announced a goal of raising $3 million for this organization.

Andrina Mchiela, Secretary for the Ministry of Gender, Child Welfare and Community Services told US magazine, "They [Madonna and Ritchie] have identified a baby boy in [the southern Lower Shire Valley district of] Chikwawa; we, as government, are arranging for that," Mchiela said. "There are legal issues to be sorted out."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s bodyguard was filmed grabbing a photographer by the neck in India where the couple is working on a new film. The photographer, identified as Sam Relph of the Barcroft Media, was trying to get pictures of the stars as they left their hotel.

Jolie and Pitt are in India filming "A Mighty Heart", about American journalist Daniel Pearl who was killed by terrorists in Pakistan four years ago. Pitt’s new company, Plan B is co-producing the film.

The two took a rickshaw ride on Sunday to explore the city of Prune. E!Online reports that the couple had been “holed up” in Prune’s Le Meridan Hotel almost nonstop since they arrived by private jet late last week. The couple was mobbed every time the three wheel cart came to a stop.

Mixed reports have come in whether or not Madonna is going to adopt a one year old boy from an orphanage in Malawi.

At this time Madonna has traveled to country to work on her ‘Raising Malawi’ project that helps to take care of children that are orphaned.

According to a report by MTV, a spokesperson representing the Ministry fro Gender and Child Welfare have told reporters, "She told us she is looking for a baby boy. Her team have identified a few but the choice is hers.” The representitive continued to say, “After her husband and her have filled in the papers, we'll allow them to take him away."

Locke decided to not enter the numbers into the computer, he even broke the computer and as all the magnetic explosion of some sort happened he said “I was wrong.” He thought that entering numbers was a hoax and he was part of a science experiment and believed that nothing was going to happen. Larry Birkhead not only says that he is the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s child, but his lawsuit also claims the reality-tv show star and Playboy bunny uses drugs. There are allegations that she uses methadone, and that her boyfriend lawyer, Howard K. Stern, may be an enabler.

Birkhead, her ex-boyfriend, accuses Smith of staying in the Bahamas to keep Dannie Lynn from being subjected to drug testing. He has petitioned a Los Angeles court to test both Smith and her daughter, according to Rogers Communications entertainment reporter, Lee-Anne Goodman.
