Princess Cruises to offer Year Round itinerary out of San Francisco

(Best Syndication News) - The Grand Princess will be based in San Francisco year round staring in May 2013, Princes Cruises announced today. The destinations setting sail out of San Francisco include Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, and the California Coast.

The cruises will be on an extensively renovated Grand Princess cruise ship. The Alaskan cruises will be held during the summer months. Then the cruises will venture to the Hawaiian Islands, Mexico, and the California Coast line between Fall 2013 and Spring 2014.

The company said that the 2,600-passenger ship underwent a vast overhaul and update to the level of the newer ships. To accomplish this, the Grand Princess had the longest dry-dock in the company’s history. The ship now has a new Piazza atrium. Dining includes new eateries, including Alfredo’s Pizzeria and the Crown Grill. They also have added the line’s first specialty tea lounge called Leaves.

Kawasaki USA recall announced for Four Wheel Recreational Vehicle to Correct Maxiumum Occupancy Limit

Kawasaki Teryx Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle Recall - CPSC

(Best Syndication News) - The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a voluntary recall issued by Kawasaki USA for Teryx Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles because they are incorrectly labeled for the maximum number of riders, which could cause injury or death. The company is sending out a new label to replace the incorrect one that will identify the correct number of occupants that can rider safely in the vehicle. No injuries were reported in association with this recall notice.

Around 2,000 of the vehicles are involved in the recall. They were sold at Kawasaki dealers nationwide between August 2011 through March 2012. The model types involved are the 2012 Kawasaki types Teryx 750 FI 4x4, Teryx 750 FI 4x4 LE, Teryx 750 FI 750 4x4 LE SGE and Teryx 750 FI 4x4 Sport. The model type is printed on the hood of the vehicle. The four-wheel recreational vehicles come in green, red, grey, silver, black, and camouflage khaki.

(Best Syndication News) - Princess Cruises announced that they have incorporated an onboard 280-seat venue that is a working television studio. Princess Live! will debut on the Royal Princess Ship in June 2013.

The on-board studio will produce their own live television broadcasts including musical performances, cooking shows, game shows, and more. A live audience will be able to participate in these shows. The next day, passengers can watch the TV shows that were produced at the studio in their cabins.

Scuba Diving Hose Recall announced for Drowning Danger

(Best Syndication News) - The voluntary recall of scuba diving hoses was announced by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) today, because they could burst when being used, which could cause the diver to be without an air supply and possibly drowned. Around 17,000 of the Miflex High Pressure Scuba Diving Hoses are involved in the recall. The recall was announced after XS Scuba received 189 reports of the hose failing. No injuries have been reported.

The hoses were imported and distributed in the US and Canada by XS Scuba, Inc., of Santa Ana, California. The hoses came from Miflex 2, located in Villasanta, Italy. XS Scuba sold the hoses through scuba diving retailers, and online between May 2009 and April 2012 for around $44 and $60 each.

Starbucks introduce Four New Treats with Discount Pricing through April 22

(Best Syndication News) - Starbucks introduced four new treats at their stores. To promote the new desserts, they will offer their customers two Starbucks Petites for only $2 through April 22, 2012. The new treats are two pies and two tarts.

The pie comes in apple and cherry. The tarts are brown sugar walnut or chocolate hazelnut flavors. These new sweet treats join the other lineup of Starbucks Petites, which include cake pops, and Whoopie pies. Starbucks Petite treats are all under 200 calories each.
