Astronaut Claims US Government Covered Up UFOs – Edgar Mitchell Says Aliens Exist And Look Like Pictures Taken – Roswell Is Real

Mitchell - See Videos Below

(Best Syndication News) The UFO Phenomena is real but it has been covered up by governments for a long time, former astronaut Edgar Mitchell told a British radio station (see the video below). Mitchell, the 6th human to walk on the moon, told Kerrang Radio’s Nick Margerrison on Wednesday that we have been visited.

“I have been privileged enough to be in on the fact that we have been visited on this planet,” Mitchell said. The 77 year-old astronaut spent nine hours walking on the moon on February 9, 1971 near the Fra Mauro formation. According to a statement from Kerrang Radio, the evidence was so convincing that Margerrison changed “his opinions on all the UFO/Conspiracy stuff COMPLETELY...no mean feat.”

[Best Syndication News Writer] The NASA Phoenix Mars Lander is in the Martian atmosphere. The gravity from Mars is causing the spacecraft to be pulled into the plant with speeds reaching 12,000 mph before it reaches the Martian atmosphere.

NASA expects Phoenix to enter the atmosphere of Mars at 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time. It should reach the surface of the planet by 4:38 p.m. There is a lag time of 15 minutes and 20 seconds to receive radio signals back to Earth because of the long distance between the planets.

The Phoenix mission managers are concerned about a safe landing on all three legs of the spacecraft. On an international level there has only been five out of 11 attempts to land a spacecraft on Mars successfully.

The Powers Of Tidal Power

The Powers Of Tidal Power

Tidal Power, often referred to as tidal energy, is achieved through the capture of the energy created as water moves in ocean currents and tides. Two types of tidal power can be harnessed for energy-efficient power. The first is called kinetic energy. This is tidal power directly created as the water is moving in rivers and in oceans as tides. The tidal power that requires one more step, called potential energy, comes from the difference between low and hide tide height. This height is commonly referred to as head.

The kinetic tidal power process uses turbines to produce the renewable energy. To understand this process think of windmills and visualize them underwater – this is the means for kinetic tidal power. It is becoming increasingly more popular because its impact on our ecology is so much less dramatic than the building of dams, or what some refer to as tidal fences or barrages. The United States and other countries across the globe are studying their coastal areas with an eye for the suitability of the region for the production of kinetic tidal power. The ideal of these have high speeds of the water that occurs in the local channels as they enter the river or bay. Water currents in rivers that run between islands are especially good for tidal power as the currents there are highly concentrated and often quite powerful.

[Best Syndication] Researchers have new understandings as to what may be causing the death tens of billions of honeybees. Previous conjecture of the massive reduction of the bee population was linked to cell phones. Researchers from Columbia University have pinpointed a virus that would cause the death of so many bees.

The researchers were able to use a Genome Sequencer™ system to identify the virus. The study is called, "A metagenomic survey of microbes in honey bee colony collapse disorder." It can be read in the online edition of Science.

Dr. Ian Lipkin, Professor of Epidemiology at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health along with his colleagues sequenced 454 DNA and RNA samples that were collected from bee colonies. In this study, they were able to identify five major bacterial clusters, four different fungi and seven varieties of viruses.

Total Lunar Eclipse lasting Four Hours - West Coast gets best view

[Best Syndication] If you are on the West Coast of the United States you will have an opportunity to view a total lunar eclipse this night. The peak time to see the complete eclipse is 3:37 a.m. early in the Tuesday morning hours.

The beginning of the eclipse will start just a few hours after midnight. What makes this eclipse unique is that Earth is directly between the moon and the sun. The duration is also exceptional, lasting over four hours. The moon is expected to be shadowed by Earth for around 90 minutes during the peak time of the eclipse.

While the Earth is casting a shadow on the moon, you will expect to see a reddish or brownish glow around the moon. The glowing light is caused by the sun casting light around planet Earth.
