(Best Syndication) The Lakers’ loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers Sunday was the fifth loss for the Lakers in eight games. Sasha Pavlovic scored 13 points in the fourth quarter to help block a Lakers win. Pavlovic finished with 21 points.

Kobe Bryant scored 36 points, but even that was not enough to win. The Lakers have been on the road for the last two weeks, and that may help explain their losing record. He scored the first 14 points in the final period, but was unable to score again because of the defense of Larry Hughes.

The final score was 99-90, but the final push came in the forth quarter as Kobe was shut down and the Cavs scored. Although LeBron James had 18 points, eight rebounds and five assists, be let Pavlovic and others score down the final stretch.

The Charger defense team are no slackers either. They lead the league in sacks, including four against Denver. The Chargers beat the Broncos 48 to 20.

The Lakers beat the San Antonio Spurs 106 to 99. Kobe Bryant called it a “big win” while Luke Walton said that “tonight we finally put a game together”. Kobe Bryant had 34 points and eight rebounds and Lamar Odom just missed a triple-double.
