(Best Syndication) After American Idol winner Jordan Sparks sang the American Anthem, the first quarter began with the coin toss. Official Mike Carey tossed the coin. The Giants called tails and won, taking the ball first. Tedy Bruschi made the opening kick-off.

Dominick Hixon took the ball from the in-zone and ran it past the 20 yard line. Brandon Jacobs took the first two hand-offs for a couple yards. Eli Manning threw the ball for a third down conversion. Then after a few more plays Manning converted again with a pass to Smith. Two players were injured on this third down conversion.

[Best Syndication] Tom Brady, 30, has supermodel girlfriend, Gisele Bundchen, 27, cheering him on in the big Super Bowl XLII at the Phoenix Stadium in Glendale Arizona.

Brady is New England Patriots quarterback and had received emails from presidential hopeful Mitt Romney sending words of encouragement. Romney is currently campaigning in Illinois.

Tabloid news have said that Bundchen has been the boss in their relationship, this supposedly had gotten to him, and people wonder if it will hurt his game today.

(Best Syndication) This year’s Superbowl pits the undefeated New England Patriots against the on-the-road undefeated New York Giants. Super Bowl 42 (XLII) will be an away game for the Giants, but the Patriots are a 12-point favorite with oddsmakers. The Patriots may become the second team in league history to win all their regular-season games and the title. The 1972 Miami Dolphins won 17-0 games and went on to beat the Washington Redskins 14-7 in the Super Bowl.

The game, to be played at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, begins at 3PM local time (Pacific). The Patriots won all of their 16 games while the New York Giants won 10 of their 16 games. Today will be the second time these two teams have squared-off in the last game of the season.

(Best Syndication) Former NFL football star OJ Simpson made bail and left the Las Vegas jail Wednesday. He was being held on kidnapping and armed robbery charges that could get him life in prison. Justice of the Peace judge Joe Bonaventure Jr. agreed to set his bail at $125,000 dollars. Bonaventure also ruled that the ex-professional running back give up his passport.

Simpson has already admitted to taking the memorabilia from a hotel room at the Palace Station Casino in Las Vegas. He denied breaking into the room and denied allegations that he or others carried any weapons.

(Best Syndication) As OJ Simpson sits behind bars, the father of murder victim Ron Goldman says that OJ always gets what he wants. Fred Goldman called the accused murder and recently accused robber an S.O.B.

Simpson is being held in Las Vegas jail without bond for conspiracy to commit burglary, assault with a deadly weapon and burglary with a firearm. This stems from a dispute concerning sports memorabilia. The TMZ website reports that Simpson admitted to being there but there were no guns. The website also released an audio tape where the former NFL star is swearing with anger.

In the tape OJ (allegedly) says “Don’t let nobody out this room. Mother f***ers! Think you can steal my s*** and sell it?” (more below)
