[Best Syndication News] On last night's ABC's 'The Bachelor' TV show there was a surprise ending during the elimination rose ceremony leaving Jake a little shaken. In this episode #6, there are four women remaining vying for the attention of the bachelor Jake and he visits the families of each of the women.
The first one that Jake visits is Gia's family in New York City. She shows off the city with a boat tour. She opens up about past relationships, which is kind of something that you don't want to do much of. Gia wants to still be in the game for Jake but her brother warns her to be careful with this guy.
Ali's family is next and Jake visits her family in Williamstown, Massachusetts. She live in San Francisco now. She comes on a little bit too strong hinting that if he would ask to marry her she would say yes. Not a good move on her part, she came on too strong. But Jake said that this could be the girl.

[Best Syndication News] Mardi Gras celebration for 2010 has begun, but now there is even more to celebrate with the victory parade for the local NFL team the New Orleans Saints winning the championship Superbowl 44 game this past Sunday. The Saints ousted the Indianapolis Colts 31-17.
The celebration parade for the Saints victory is going to start at the Superdome at 5 p.m. CST, on Tuesday, February 9th, 2010. The players and the players, coaches and other team officials will be riding on 10 floats that will be donated from the Mardi Gras Krewes along with 12 marching bands to celebrate their win.

[Best Syndication News] The early morning hours offered up a beautiful and spectacular launch for the the Space Shuttle Endeavor. They rescheduled the launch for this Monday morning when the shuttle blasted off at 3:14 a.m. CST, in the morning from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
According to Mike Leinbach, the shuttle launch director, “This was one of the smoothest countdowns ever. The team was very, very energized going into the count."
This will be the last night time launch of the space shuttle Endeavor which has been launched 130 times. Docking of the Space Shuttle to the International Space Station will begin on flight day number three. The astronauts will be installing the Tranquility node and the cupola with three scheduled spacewalks planned.
