If you're a long time slicer, then these are perfect golf swing drills to help you build a solid swing and teach you how to correct your slice. A straight ball goes much longer than a hooked or sliced shot, and research done by Golf Digest proved this fact to be true. Many professionals such as Jack Nicklaus and the legendary Ben Hogan have had great success by learning to hit a consistent controlled fade. Unlike those legendary players, most players just want to hit straighter golf shots. If you have problems pushing or slicing the golf ball then you're not alone. Slicing is the number one problem that plagues most golf swings.

If you want to stop slicing one golf swing drill perfect for helping to correct a slice is to practice on the range with a club, usually around a five iron to seven iron that has a molded golf grip to make sure your hands stay in the correct position all the way thru your golf swing. Hand position is extremely important throughout the entire swing and a molded golf grip will help to build the proper muscle memory in your hands, wrist, and forearms for a correct swing. The great Harvey Penick once said, "If you're slicing, then look to the hands." That's good advice because the typical slicer can correct their problem by making sure their hands are properly positioned on the golf club throughout the entire golf swing. If the hands aren't positioned correctly the club face can remain open at impact producing the dreaded slice.

[Best Syndication] Milk protein showed to be more beneficial for building muscle mass in weightlifters than drinking a soy drink according to a new study. Researchers from McMaster University’s Department of Kinesiology reported their findings first in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

The study researched how much muscle protein young men would gain after a heavy weightlifting workout. They had given equal amounts of protein after their workout. Either they would receive milk or a soy drink.

"Our thinking going into the study was that milk would be better than soy. We suspected this would be the case because of work done by French researchers. However, we were really impressed by how much greater the gains in muscle protein with milk were," said Sarah Wilkinson, lead researcher and a graduate student in the department of kinesiology.

(Best Syndication) When you think of USC, you think of football, right? This year the USC basketball team has gone from sixth best in their conference to number one. Most agree that the addition of two freshmen has a lot to do with their success.

Daniel Hackett should be playing his senior season in high school, but instead he's playing like a college senior with years of NCAA Tournament experience. Taj Gibson has provided the boost needed for the Trojan success this year.

This is the best season in six years for the Trojans. Nick Young said "It was very hard for us, very tough for Gabe, Lod and me being here and then, all of a sudden, we just got some great freshmen that came in and helped lift us. Now we're playing great. Like I said, I hope we just keep it up."

You stare on in amazement as the resident big guy at your gym blasts out yet another set of reps in the bench with 400 on the bar. His chest is massive, full, and totally developed, and yet when you try loading up on the plates what do you get from your efforts, nothing but bigger triceps and front delts.

If this sounds like you, or you simply need a break from benching, come along and get ready to grow!

The flat bench press in-and-of itself, while not a bad exercise, pales in comparison to the incline bench press.
