Amazon introduces Social Shopping Features

(Best Syndication News) - Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) announced a new feature for customers called Friends & Family Gifting. Customers will be able stay on top of dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other special days. The new social feature will help the customer by sending them reminders. Additionally, the feature will let the shopper keep a list of gift ideas for everyone on their list.

Friends & Family Gifting will also let the customer share their gift lists by email, on Facebook, through Twitter, and on Pinterest. To help remember an upcoming special day, customers can opt into having emails sent to remind them.

(Best Syndication News) Mortgage rates trended higher today as money continued to flow into equities (see the mortgage rate charts below). Bank of America and U.S. Bank lowered their rates, however KeyBank, SunTrust, and JPMorgan Chase raised them.

The partnership will have in-store On Demand Books’ Espresso Book Machine deployed at retail locations that have the KODAK Picture Kiosks. The combination of services will offer consumers a full-service digital-to-print media. With the partnership, consumers will be able to get photo books and custom/local self-published titles, educational supplements, and more at retail locations.

Beyonce hired for marketing ad campaign for Pepsi

(Best Syndication News) - PepsiCo (NYSE:PEP) announced a new partnership with Beyoncé. Beyoncé had promoted Pepsi products in 2002 and now the GRAMMY Award winning performer will be returning as their spokesperson. The new partnership will have the singer appearing in print and out-of-home advertisements. She will be part of the marketing materials found on store shelves and store displays and the singer will even will have her image displayed on cans of Pepsi.

The collaboration between Beyoncé and Pepsi will involve the establishment of a Creative Development Fund. This fund will be set aside for the co-creation of original and pertinent consumer content.

Beyoncé will have her image displayed on Pepsi cans or bottles, and she will also be working with the company on the design of all marketing materials involved in their partnership.
