[Best Syndication News] The guest on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' was the author, Geneen Roth, who wrote the book Women Food and God: An Unexpected Path to Almost Everything. Oprah started the TV show having overweight women confessing the way they feel about their weight and their overeating. Oprah said that the book, Women Food and God, could be a breakthrough for so many women win the weight loss battle.

Oprah said that the whole audience had read the book, which consisted of mostly overweight women and some men today.

Geneen Roth holds workshops and retreats for women to address their weight issues. Roth admitted to having eating problems that started in her teenage years. She had gained and lost over a thousand pounds. She had a breakthrough and learned how to keep off the weight. Roth said that she doesn't diet and she uses food as a doorway to getting what you want.

Roth said that if you are eating when you are not hungry or bored, you are basically saying that you have given up on some part ourselves. When we are eating we are miserable she added. Oprah said that the pain of dealing with confronting someone or something that makes you uncomfortable you think that eating something would make it better. She said that the pain already has happened, but when you overeat you double the pain. So you feel like a failure on top of the feeling that you had before.

[Best Syndication News] Pre-sales of the Twilight Eclipse tickets will go on sale this May 13th at midnight. This is going to be in conjunction with the Thursday's airing of the Oprah Winfrey show when Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart are interviewed on her daytime talk show.

The advanced ticket sales of Twilight Sage: Eclipse movie was first announced by a report in The Hollywood Reporter.

On the Oprah TV show, the Twilight stars will be going to fans homes to surprise them.

Nadya Suleman Octomom interviewed on Oprah Winfrey TV Show

[Best Syndication News] Nadya Suleman was showcased on today's 'Oprah Winfrey' TV show. Nadya Suleman was nicknamed 'Octomom' because she gave birth to octuplets. Suleman also has six other children. Her octuplets are now 14 months old.

Oprah sent her TV crew to follow Suleman's family for a 24 hour time frame. Her oldest child is 8 years old. Suleman spends about $1,000 a week on groceries, with 21 gallons of milk a week. Hectic and fast paced child care was what Oprah's cameramen captured.

Suleman thought that the name of 'Octomom' was funny at the first, but after awhile she was bothered by it. She tells Oprah that she did the bikini photo shoot to make $100,000. At the same time however, she feels exploited by the paparazzi.

Oprah points out that her show did not pay for this interview with Suleman. Oprah asked her do you feel that you have contributed to the carnival attraction? Suleman said that the reason she did the bikini shoot was because she needed to provide for her children. She said that she would never do a reality TV show.

Discovery Channel 'Life' TV series narrated by Oprah Winfrey premieres this Sunday

[Best Syndication News] Planet Earth follow up series called 'Life' which is premiering this Sunday, March 21st on Discovery Channel at 8 p.m. This 11 part series will be narrated by Oprah Winfrey.

On the premiere of 'Life,' they will be looking at extraordinary strategies that both plants and animals do to survive both as an individual as well as a species.

They will be looking at cheetah life and show how they hunt down ostriches in Kenya, which is the first time a television nature series have capture three cheetahs hunting this large bird.

The show travels to Florida to explore a pod of bottlenose dolphins. They show how the dolphins us a mud-ring to catch dinner.

Celine Dion promotes new World Tour Film on Oprah

[Best Syndication News] Celine Dion was on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' yesterday to promote her upcoming film called 'Celine: Through the Eyes of the World' that will be released to movie theaters nationwide February 17 - 28, 2010. The film is a documentary which follows her for a year as she and her husband and son travel on a music tour around the world. Dion said it gives people a chance to see what her life is like both on stage and off.

During Dion's interview with Oprah they discussed her miscarriages. She said that they continue to try to have another child. She is hoping that the fifth time will be successful. Oprah asked if the miscarriages have been a strain on her marriage. Dion said that you can't put your happiness and the successfulness of your relationship with children. She really seemed pretty level headed even after facing that tragedy of having so many miscarriages.
