(Best Syndication News) - Ray Stevens is singing a new song about illegal immigration in the USA, which he has posted online in a Youtube music video. The viral music video was posted on May 13th, 2010 and has received 2,121,021 views at the time of this writing.

He jokes about how easy it is to come to the USA as an illegal immigrant. Stevens has become politically vocal this past year. This winter he released another political music video, 'We the People', which was questioning the health care reform legislation. Stevens now has made this new music video about the illegal immigration debate which has been heating up lately. There has been an uproar of protests from Hispanic residents of the state of Arizona after there was newly approved state legislation requiring documentation to be carried with them prove citizenship in their state, along with other strict measures for transporting and hiring illegal immigrants. The officials for the city of Los Angeles, California has been threatening to not do any business with the state of Arizona because of this new law.

Prop 17 California Auto Insurance Rates Higher or Lower

[Best Syndication News] The debate has been heating up between those for and against the Proposition 17 auto Insurance reform on the June 8th Ballot. Largely supported by Mercury General Corp. the measure wants to extend deep discounts to new customers that have had the same insurance for the past five years. The opponents to Proposition 17 see this as a way for auto insurance companies to tack on huge surcharges if it goes through.

According to the Consumer Watchdog group they have received a letter that Mercury Insurance Company asking for policyholders to vote in favor of proposition 17. In addition, Mercury has begun advertising on TV for the passage of Prop 17. The Consumer Watchdog points out that Proposition 17 would make it possible for insurance companies to raise the rates. They continue to say that there was a lawsuit that was filed against both the Attorney General and consumer advocates by Mercury because they wanted to prevent information regarding rate increases from being printed in the voter's guide. Mercury had lost the court battle and the voter's guide will read “will allow insurance companies to increase cost of insurance to drivers who do not have a history of continuous insurance coverage.”

This memoir is not covering the whole life of the 43rd President of the United States, but instead will focus on the fourteen most critical and historic points of his time serving in public office.

New $100 Bill – Benjamin Franklin Redesigned with New Security Features

[Best Syndication News] There will be a new $100 bill released by the Federal Reserve starting on February 10, 2011. The new hundred dollar bill money design will have two new security features that aim to stop counterfeiters.

The new US currency design for the $100 denomination was a collaborative effort between the US Treasury Department, the Board of Governors, the US Secret Service, and the Federal Reserve System.

The older $100 bills still in circulation will still be accepted as legal tender and those that have the older bills will not have to turn them in to exchange for the newer currency.
