Star Jones Reynolds, 44, got the boot earlier than expected from the
popular daytime show called “The View.” Barbara Walters announced this
Wednesday saying “It is becoming uncomfortable for us to pretend that
everything is the same at this table. Therefore, regrettably, Star will
no longer be on this program."
It was only on Tuesday that Reynolds announced that she will be leaving
“The View” daytime TV show. Originally her last day was to be through
July 13th. She has been a co-host on “The View” for 9 years.
Possibly the reason for the early departure from the show was do to the
on air announcement of her leaving the show. Star Jones Reynolds said
on air yesterday, “After much prayer and counsel I feel like this is the
right time to tell you that the show is moving in another direction for
its 10th season, and I will not be returning as co-host next year."
