Lindsay Lohan’s mother fought back after a letter surfaced from Morgan
Creek Productions CEO, James Robinson. The
letter was critical of the star and her behavior. The letter, which
was first published on www.thesmokinggun.com, said "You and your
representatives have told us that your various late arrivals and
absences from the set have been the result of illness; today we were
told it was 'heat exhaustion."
Robinson did not believe her explanations. He said “We are well aware
that your ongoing all-night heavy partying is the real reason for your
so-called 'exhaustion.’” It is doubtful that Robinson wanted the letter
to be made public. The dispatch was clear; he was looking out for the
interests of Morgan Creek.
Lohan’s mother called the wording in the correspondence “ridiculous”.
According to Access Hollywood, Dina Lane said the producers claims were
out of line. Dina Lane is Lindsay’s mother.
