Britney Spears Poses for Cover of Harpers Bazaar Magazine - Available on Newsstands Now - Saddened over Criticism of NBC Dateline Show

Britney Spears has changed her hair color and is now appearing naked on the cover of Harpers Bazaar magazine. This is after Spears was slammed for her scruffy appearance on the NBC Dateline show on June 15^th. According to the New York Post, her fans called her hair a “rats nest”.

Us Magazine says she felt horrible about the criticism. “She felt terrible,” says a source. “She didn’t understand her image problem until the negative feedback about Dateline. She pulled out her extensions and bought a bottle of dark hair dye” (calling her doctor first to ask if it was safe for her unborn child).

Britney’s rep says the hair color is made of vegetable dye and will wash right out. These hair colors are temporary and must be reapplied after each shampooing according to the FDA. The color agents may consist of water, organic solvents, gums, surfactants and conditioning agents.

Demi Moore and other celebrities have been on the cover of Vanity Fair naked and pregnant. People magazine reports that the bloggers are “buzzing”. Reuters reports that Britney is six months pregnant and the magazine has an “accompanying photo spread inside, much in the style of the famous 1991 Vanity Fair cover of a naked and heavily pregnant Demi Moore”. Britney is featured on the front of the magazine covering her breasts with her arms and crosses her legs at the knee, as she sits smiling into the camera.
